Spring Wreath

I made a Christmas wreath last winter and was happy with the results, so decided to try my hand at a spring wreath. I love tulips and really wanted a tulip wreath. Any that I came across online were a small fortune, so I decided to make my own. I bought artificial bouquets of white, dark violet and lavender tulips at Michaels. I also bought a grape wreath there. I arranged the tulips in alternating colors around the grape wreath. It turned out really nice. 

Valentines 2014

I'm always making homemade cards. I decided to make Valentines for family and friends this year. I used my heart paper punch with various colored/patterned paper. I added pearl embellishments and washi tape. I had fun giving each card a different look. I used my clear 'Happy Valentines Day' stamp, Inside the card I inserted a recent photo of my son and used another clear stamp of 'Be My Valentine' underneath his photo. I was very happy with the result and got alot of positive feedback.

Baby Shower Favors

I started saving baby food jars with the hope of making a craft with them. I decided to make candles for my nieces baby shower. I ordered the wax, wicks and scent from Candle Science. It's a very time consuming process, but was lots of fun. I was very happy with the results as were my niece, family and her friends.
